Produced from 1963 onwards, the Meikai EL was produced in various similar forms. It is a cheap toy camera produced by Togodo, a minor Japanese brand. They all appear to have a similar fixed focus 50mm lens, and 3 aperture setings, shown as icons around the lens barrel: bright light, medium light, poor light. It has an accessory shoe and a PC socket for flash. It feels better made than some toy cameras.
