The Canon EOS 30 (also known as Elan 7e) produced from 2000 is an autofocus 35mm SLR camera aimed at the consumer market. It features Eye Control focussing, where IR detects eye movement to determine focussing. Exposure modes available include Program mode, shutter priority, aperture priority, Depth-of-field, Auto, scene modes with (Portrait, Landscape, Close-up, Sports, Night Scene), manual exposure and bulb mode. The motor drive is capable of up to 4 fps. It uses 2 CR123A batteries, and a CR2025 for the date back (if fitted).
